MC never confess to FMC and she already started going out with ntr guy in the end. Regret and negative emotion became his sole driving motivation and he directed it to study. 3years after he already started living alone and he got the news of FMC from his parent. Apparently she come back to her home while bringing her child. The NTR guy just disappear and left her alone. When the mother told her about MC, she said that she want to meet him and talk to him. MC does not have the slightest intention to meet her, he have some paid vacation left but he told his mother to tell her that he is busy with work right now and then he ended the call.

Edit: Rather than NTR this genre is more to BSS(boku ga saki ni suki data no ni/ i was in love with her first) because FMC doesn' love MC and go straight to NTR guy. Do we have other BSS story here?
