hmmm...im not sure if its something you could do or not but "in my opinion" since they just copy the pose I think they are still forgivable but in certain conditions as long they add or change either composition or character so they didn't exactly copy CG from other game...i mean pose is not unlimited, I'm not gonna blame or support anyone since its a good topic to discuss...
