Yeah, there's not NTR in this work, the closest thing would be one of the girls(the one on the cover) having a wet dream about being gangbanged.
Takeda always liked NTR, I remember reading somewhere years ago about some interviews he did in the past, he did said that he always liked things like ntr and drawing sluts girls, this was long before he said he was done with vanilla.
You can actually see hints of that even on his manga Maken-Ki, just look at the sensei almost being "ntred" at ending of the story, also, the extra chapters about Usui's delusion, which is basically him stealing the girls.
I dont think he's ever going back to vanilla or something, I'm pretty sure he said that somewhere, which is a shame for me, I kinda wanted him to at least do something close to "Ezaki-senpai, Komarimasu"(chapter 103.5 of maken ki), which isn't really ntr, but also doesn't feel like its very vanilla, too bad he only did 1 chapter for that one, I kinda wanted to see more of the story.

@Gespens not exactly the same situation for doujinshi, cuckoldry has existed in porn for sure but not a lot in hentai/doujinshi for a long time which is part of the reason for why there is less ntr than a lot of genres too
