You can create a new version of this gallery: Go to My Uploads -> Choose the gallery (click on the title or Manage) -> Create New Version -> Rearrange the pages -> publish gallery

It does, but there is a dropdown menu to choose from depending on where you put the numbers and if you zero padded them.

Out of Order is barely enforced on Cosplay galleries unless it's absolute fucking chaos (sections with different outfits or even different characters shuffled together), Zwei7 is even intentionally reordering them and rarely getting expunged for it because people just can't be bothered to go through the effort of making a superior gallery themselves if the incorrect image order is still serviceable enough. (though tbf, most cases I've seen him do it were on Hane Ame galleries that look like they're out of order if you go along with the "official" order)
Gallery names are in a similar situation, no official structure for them in the Cosplay category but people will step in to fix it (in those cases through a rename petition) if it bothers them enough. (not that the name is an issue on this gallery though, just a heads up that you don't have to worry about messing that one up either).

Easy to fix the order though, if your source numbered them properly you can fix it in the gallery manager easily as mentioned by @Byza. Gallery category and title can be changed there as well if you do get those wrong in the future but only right after the upload, after a day or so they'll be locked in and need a normal rename petition/reclass tag to be altered.
