Not bad, potential was there, but unfortunately it was a mistake to make mom take initiative, that's always completely unrealistic and actually kind of turn-off in this type of stories. Few really stupid dialogues ("let mommy take of pants..." c'mon man...) , few visually nice images, but unfortunately another missed chance. Her tits could have been little bit less firm and round, her body overall in more than one image looks too "fresh" for a mother with son old enough to be married and almost divorced. Son looks little bit too old too, but that's minor issue. Again, in this type of stories , every time there is a woman taking initiative , especially after 1st part where she was angry and shocked - it's just wrong for the story and excitement.
