This always confuses me tbh.
Including the phrase "I hope some better TL will pick up the series..." essentially means that you know you didn't do a great job and hope someone cleans up after you which is just incredibly ignorant.

Not only that but, you compounded it by saying you have too much free time currently. So why exactly did you not use more of that free time to make it better? No one is forcing you to release something as fast as humanly possible. And like cutegyaru said, you basically reduce the chances of someone else releasing something to near 0 with something like this.

For people that actually care about what they're putting out, it's incredibly demotivating to know that the large majority of people genuinely do not give a shit about things like translation quality even if its MTL garbage as long as it "gets the job done". So unless out of pure passion someone else decides to fix something while knowing this fact, it's legitimately going to never be redone by someone better.

If this comes off as me ranting it's because I am. But don't take it in the way that you should never translate something again. All I ask is for you to at least do your research and put more care and thought into what you put out next time.

I tried to do a decent TL, but I know that I'm not the best and that it is not perfect. I don't want to discourage anyone. I should not have said it like that.

@cutegyaru That's entirely wrong and I know that you know that. Groups translate shit that already have good translations/typesetting all the time. Obviously, this guy could have done much better with the typsetting. The chances of somebody more experienced translating a 5 year old doujin aren't going to be changed very much by this release
