A lot of them I found were just uncharacteristically amateur mistakes to make.

Reading through it, my general consensus was that the general tone of the translation seemed to vary from page to page with some of the phrasing being very awkward or stiff.
Overall, it seems to me that your proofreader perhaps had their own notions of what the tone should've been.
So, that along with the changes they made probably clashed with what you originally had and therefore, this is the result.

For page 15 this could just be how I see it but, I feel that it's good to keep it simple sometimes even if it's not exactly 1:1 especially if the more "accurate" translation ends up being a bit too literal and awkward. That being said, it was also just something I came up with on the spot so maybe there could be an agreeable way to keep the "cock in your mouth" phrasing in.

Page 28 though fair enough that can definitely be a personal preference thing on how you handle the slurring of words. I personally like to keep the word mostly legible but also clear that the extra letters / misspelling is intentional from my part rather than a typo.
