@Lucie Female: You'd probably need a lot more characters in Aoi Futaba's situation for that to happen. As colossol mentioned, Aoi was a male officer that got used to behaving and thinking like a woman during his time as the bait in anti-chikan operations. A couple of episodes of You're Under Arrest cover certain aspects of his circumstances, so the genderbend thing is a natural fit.

On an unrelated note, the website's tags got his name backwards. His first name is Futaba, and last name is Aoi. And it works because Futaba is a gender-neutral name.

And honestly speaking, the story elements used in this doujin are almost the equivalent of planets aligning, since you have a rare character type combined with an event that is generally used as the source of conflict/trouble (genderbend) but in their case is not. It would be like genderbending the gay dude from Saber Marionette J or Genbu Kitami from Haramasete Seiryuu-kun, as both would benefit from it rather than see it as a source of problems the way it is for characters like Saotome Ranma from Ranma 1/2. Or every protagonist in a genderbend ero doujinshi (because as you say, they lost to cock after protesting a bit).
