Waited almost a year for a translation of this but seeing that a sequel is coming out soon; I just had to get my dirty MTL hands on this doujin instead. As usual, support the original creator by buying their works. First piece that I've cleaned, typeset and "translated" so be sure to ̶leave feedback and tips in the comments

i wouldn't know what this would look like if it was actually translated by person but if you haven't mentioned that this was an mtl i wouldnt have noticed

everything else looks really good as well (imo of course dunno what others think) and i especially like the color coding of the personal pronouns to indicate whether it used the masculine or feminine ones in the raw

overall MTL eliminates the tone between subordinate and superior pretty often. It also made you change honorifics or add them around names when they weren't there. for the sake of tagging:

002
OG: 新入社員時代からの塁の部下
TL: "Rui's bestfriend[sic] since he was hired"
ED: subordinate

also inconsistent company name

004
OG: 仕事を一緒にするたび崇明のことを自分のものにしたい、という気持ちは高まっていった
TL: "The more we worked with each other, the more I realized that we could do anything together"
ED: the more they worked together the more he wanted to make Takaaki his own

005
OG: 通常であれば元に戻るのが前提だが…
TL: "It allows me to control a person's beliefs temporarily and they'll go back to normal eventually"
ED: he's saying that normally you'd revert the changes, and then he continues this thought out loud in the next 2 bubbles (he's not reverting this time)

OG: そうと決まれば…
TL: "Is there?"
ED: "Now that that's been decided..."

009
OG: おれは、道里、り…あれ…
TL: "Michisato-san? I'm..Huh?..."
ED: she's trying to say her own name, Michizato Ri-[rika], not calling herself "Michisato-san"

OG: 取り乱してしまってすまない、道里君
TL: "I'm so sorry about that Michisato-san"
ED: Michizato-kun

010
OG: 『私の婚約者』の賀茂崇明…さんに、恋しちゃってますよね?係長
TL: "Are you in love with my fiancé Takaa-kamo, chief?"
ED: "You're in love with my fiancé, Takaaki Kamo...-san, right?" he's struggling with how to address other people

OG: …ではあなたに好きな人はいないのですか?
TL: "Thats[sic] strange...then is there no one that you like"
ED: he doesn't say the first part

011
OG: そんなに私のカラダに興味あるなら…記念にシてみます?
TL: "If you're so interested in 'my' body then why don't we have sex together"
ED: missing detail about making memories

012
OG: 凜々花って呼んでください…ね?私黙ってますから…
TL: "Please call me Ririka only for today, okay? I promise I'll keep quiet about this"
ED: she doesn't say only for today

OG: まったく、男の性欲というのはサイアクだな…♡女になると、よくわかる
TL: "Jeez~, such forceful advances, I guess this is what it's like being a woman"
ED: he comments on how extreme male sex drive can be and how well women understand that point

013
OG: へぇ…『知りませんでした』。よく知ってますね?
TL: "Oh? 'I' didn't know that, how do you know that?"
ED: he's using his powers (the text in 『』) to change her memories by suggesting that she doesn't know that fact about her underwear, and then asking "You know me well, don't you?"

"i wouldn't know what this would look like if it was actually translated by person but if you haven't mentioned that this was an mtl i wouldnt have noticed"

That's because this is by design. Modern MTLs mostly don't shit out gibberish, and with a little human touch, it almost makes sense. The problem is that the original output is wrong, so even with polish, it remains wrong.

Here's a few quick examples:

Page 2
Your TL: Ririka Michizatori
JP text: 道里
Author intent: Michizato.

Page 2
Your TL: Takaaki Kamo Rui's bestfriend since he was hired
JP text: 賀茂崇明新入社員時代からの塁の部下
Author intent: The best friend part is completely made up. 部下 means subordinate. "Takaaki Kamo. He's been working under Rui ever since he joined the company."

Page 2
Your TL: Otomo trading/otomo shoji co.
JP text: 大友商事
Author intent: This happens in 2 separate bubbles, but it's a funny example of how MTL is both capable and incapable of consistently translating the same thing depending on context. Trading companies are common in Japan. It could be something along the lines of "Ootomo Corporation" or "Ootomo & Co."

Page 3
Your TL: This is entirely news to me!
JP text: というかお前ら付き合ってのか
Author intent: Your line implies the marriage is news to him. In reality, the very idea that they were dating/a thing to begin with is completely news to him. "Wait, you guys are dating?"

Thanks a lot for the feedback! The pure raw mtl was a nightmare to make sense of and I took a lot of leniencies where I just asked myself "Would I (a non-japanese speaker) think this is a natural conversation?" and if no then use 𝓶𝓪𝓰𝓲𝓬 to make it work. Your explanations make a ton of sense and I think I learned a lot from understanding the limits of MTL. If you could spare a bit more time may I mooch a few more tips from you guys

watashi(私)/ore(俺) - Genderbender stories are notorious for putting emphasis between these two and I'm pretty sure I lost a lot of it in translation. Was wondering if there is a way to keep such context into english. I removed a lot of "my" and "I" and color coding except for some key moments because eventually it seemed like I was just winking at you constantly and saying "See, get it? cause he's a girl now/cause he's a guy inside"

ne(ね) - Lots of ね's were offed by me because saying "H-hey" anytime it came up didn't feel right. What would be a consistent translation for this attention grabbing sound?

names- My god...if the author didn't put hiragana beside the names i would have sworn Takaaki was called Chongming. This issue occured way more than it should have where i'd get the wrong name and have to guess which formality was being used to address each other so i just settled with Takaaki -> Rui = Takaaki, Ririka -> Rui = Michisato, Takaaki -> Ririka = Ririka, Ririka -> Takaaki = Kamo, Rui -> Takaaki = Yamaguchi/Chief Yamaguchi, Rui -> Ririka = Chief and left it at that. This also makes it more discernable when Rui calls him Takaaki in his mind but Kamo as he's acting as Ririka. What is the better option for going about understanding name basises?

moans- I don't know what it is with doujins but the amount of times the she moans "No!", "Stop!", "Don't!" would turn me off if i actually knew what they were saying. Are there alternatives to these 1:1 translations that I should know about?

And a few more gripes

028-
JP: もう一回しない?
MTL: Not again?
Clearly shes inviting him for another session and its a pure intimate moment but mtl says no. I took the leniency and made her say his first name and just gave a direct request for sex. What is a better translation to this?

029-
JP: ううっ....小さくて感度のいいチンポ全体をしゃぶられてるみたいで..
MTL: Ugh, It's like hes sucking my small sensitive dick
I don't know where to begin with this one. Why say it like that?!? But I can make out that this isn't too far off from what shes actually saying. How can I word this better?

030-
JP: この小さい手じゃちょっとシゴきにくいけど
MTL: Its a little hard to squeeze with small hands
MTL has a rough idea but I don't know if the author intended for it to be this literal?

031-
JP: こっちもやられてばっかじゃないよ
MTL: We don't get beat up all the time either
No. Thats not what you say when you finger a woman...

@Epoxy1

Depends on your definition of "voluntary" but if its
1) Single party purposefully wishes to change their own gender or 2) Two parties consent to change bodies

i have 0 knowledge of japanese so yeah, if you gave me an MTL that didn't make the conversations sound like absolute garbage and made some sense and never mention that they're MTL then i'd just take it and go with it

@PossessionDesire
I can admire your desire to improve your translation, but me explaining every single mistake and providing a correct translation from MTL output is not useful to you.

My real advice is to learn Japanese. The amount of time you'd spend MTLing, and then trying to correct the MTL output by using external resources is actually a lot higher than if you just spent that time learning the language lol

Another core problem is that knowing 0 Japanese and then trying to fix MTL output becomes a pure guessing game. You point this out yourself with nonsensical MTL lines, and then trying to guess what they mean. More often than not, you're going to completely miss the mark. The only way to get it right would be to compare to the raws, and then fix the output. You might as well translate yourself at that point and remove the MTL step completely.

Let's take one of the examples you provided:

028-
JP: もう一回しない?

This line is basic Japanese. Like, probably one of the first types of structures you'd learn. The fact that MTL can get it wrong shows you how limited the tool is.

In classic Japanese fashion, it's structured as a negative question (more indirect = more polite), but really it just means "Wanna go for another round?" In that sense, your guess is kind of correct... but only because of the extremely obvious visual context. This does not always work in your favor.

(Another fun part is that the usage of "?" in Japanese doesn't necessarily mark a question, but usually intonation. MTL completely ignores this.)

names: The author provides furigana here, so not an issue. If no furigana, you either a) go with the most common reading or b) find hints in the text (i.e stutters of the names that use kana.)

ne(ね): there is no consistent, one-size-fits-all translation for this. Highly dependent on context and character voice.

Pronouns: there's a million different pronouns in Japanese. Often this can't be translated in English, but it does give information on character voice, character self-perception, and character traits, thus helping you shape the translation.

@PossessionDesire hmm yeah trying to give comprehensive answers to your questions will just turn into impromptu lessons. It's nice that you seem willing to put time and effort into editing machine translated output, but without knowledge of the languages you are working with, it's not ideal (as you've already experienced). imo the best use of effort would be to edit for proficient translators or improve your own language proficiency. or just commit to doing a rewrite I guess
