I used Gallery-Dl, but the way it's a bit complicated to post on the comments, I can give you a detailed explanation on the dms

fyi theres a Chrome extension that works very well and prepends the filenames with timestamps. its called "Twitter Media Downloader", basically adds a button to the top of the page that opens a GUI that rips and zips videos and images.

I tried to use Twitter Media Downloader, but for some reason, it just refused to download any pic from december 2020, as such I had to look for alternatives
