Story is a bit strange but its good for a first try, the art is decent too its just the story plot isn't really there for the length. If it was 20 pages and quick it would be like a regular doujin quick plot, but its drawn out without really any build up. Most of the early pages could be skipped and you could just fast forward to the end since all the other stuff is irrelevant other than girl goes to club, gets fucked by owner who has a dick.

Multiple story pics, might be good in some case but you could shorthen a few part.
Ex:
p21-22, you could shorthen it into single page. the only difference is the female head being turned is sad.
P27, is bad bubble text, why make it slanted? You couldve just place it on the right side and make the pics a bit furher if you wanted the girl not being blocked by text bubble and still have focus on both girls.
P29-30, 1girl say bye the other say goodbye. Dont u think you could just go with p30.
