I did some math, because we didn't get any cup size measurements. I'm assuming a 7cm waist to underbust ratio here which is on the higher end of ratios but this could still realistically be higher or lower. If we assume a smaller underbust it means larger cup sizes and vice versa.

On August 24th (the starting date of this story), with a bust circumference of 98cm and an assumed underbust of 65cm, this would put her at a K-cup already.
Fast forwarding to November 28th, a whole 96 days or about 14 weeks later and taking into account her waist size has expanded and dropping the ratio from 7cm to 5cm (I'm eyeballing this, but it also has some basis in reality as expanding your waistline is much easier than increasing the circumference of your underbust) we're talking a 122cm bust to 78cm underbust, which gets us to an incredible Q-cup, 6 cups larger than she originally was already.

We get another page at the end, from this point on adding some centimeters to the waist size to get an approximate underbust is useless because she's pregnant so we're once again taking some liberties and just assume the latest underbust measurement (that of 78cm) still holds true. So with a bust size of 125 she's well into R-cup territory.
