In this episode we follow a never-before-seen futa, sent out by the New Generation Countermeasure Bureau following Ouka's sudden resignation, chosen for the fact that she simply is the one with the biggest dick at the bureau. Once she begins her investigation she comes across 2 schoolgirls who lead her to a certain girl we've seen before, Yuki Kugayama, which you may remember seeing in the Futanari Island Beach series and Shikiyoku no Hako - Kyochuu Suuhai.
