This is Mirin's latest set, featuring Siege from Arknights. Mirin scammed me out of $2000 worth of commissions, and has avoided any attempts to do the right thing. He has even gone so far as to make up an absurd story about me forcing the money onto him, and claims that it was never for commissions. This would be a sort of 'he said she said' type of argument, except I have multiple instances of Mirin acknowledging that he owed me multiple commissions.

I would recommend against commissioning Mirin in any form, but if you really want to at the very least you should use pixiv's request function. There is no downside for the commissioner, and it guarantees that you will get what you paid for.

I'm interested to see which of Mirin's friends shows up in the comments this time to try and discredit me, given that they have already done so several times.

It means you're either
-Paying an absolutely absurd amount for a single commission.
-Throwing extra comissions on someone who already scammed you before.

I'd have to assume "Mirin is taking advantage of the mentally challenged rich brats" is the narrarive you're attempting to push because I don't think you'd get any other message across with this story.
