N.d.T. : "Tra moglie e marito non mettere il dito" is a well-known italian proverb. In this title, the second part of the phrase is substituted with ellipsis, implying it rather then openly saying it (just like it's done sometimes in spoken language).

The literal translation would be "Don't put your finger between wife and husband", meaning that you shouldn't interfere in their private couples' problems/affairs.
