i think maybe Kai could "give" 18 year old Lia to Emma as her own pet/chewtoy.
as a reward for being completely loyal through all of the pitfalls such as the CEO and macy and many other things not to mention saving Mistress Ashleys life.
he can stipulate that lia must turned into a complete nymphomaniac wanting sex 24/7 from men, women, trans, groups.....
plus as Emma is the slave to her master and mistress, Lia could be the house pet for Kai, Ashley, Emma

(Owens goes to Krystal to ask about Kais treatment, Krystal not wanting to piss Kai off says that Kai is wonderful and gives many people opporunities and support. when ownes asks about macy she says macy is just bitter because she lost her sugar daddy when the CEO change happened and Macy is just hungry to be used and trained)
Krystal reports back to kai, and then Kai literally and metaphircally gives Kenny a collar for Macy to wear when shes not at work.

Kenny, your work has been slipping, but also, Macy's Work has been slipping.

you will get your work up to scratch and excelling, a the same time you will motivate macy to excel at her work
