It pretty clearly says "Squid Pro Quo" on the first page, as a pun on "quid pro quo" (literally "something for somerhing"), which means "a favour or advantage granted in return for something", and although "que" does appear in currently used Latin in "tu quoque" (literally "you also"), it refers to a form of an ad hominem logical fallacy. Therefore, I think uploader somehow managed to accidentally press the E key instead of the O key. I am unsure as to how this was accomplished, because I'm not aware of any keyboard layout where the E and O keys are particularly close together.
And now I present my conclusion with the following statement: that's a little funny, isn't it?

@Dregench, that might be a double pun with "queue" as there's some people that write it wrongly as "que" like "Solo Que" I don't necessarily believe in that but who knows
