This has been upscaled (with Waifu2x, Low Anti-noise) and made to the same dimensions (per page).
I also tried to clean it as good as I could for translation. In case anyone wants to use it, you could just downscale to the original size.

@StatisticallyNP: I wasn't sure I would ever do this, because the GIMP addon I downloaded didn't work at all with another project I translated about a year ago. but I gave it a go again, and got it to work.

For best result, it seems to be best to open each image for it self, and then select the only bits you wish to erase (the script is from 2009 and I'm using a 2021 version of Gimp, so it seems to take into account layers and/or groups above or below when used).

The Plugin is the "Heal Selection" from the Resynthesizer bundle by bootch/konneker

Wow, nice job. I remember starting working on this a few years back and I gave up because making the edit look even moderately passable was way above my skill level.
