That flower bouquet she has in the second small panel is from her co-workers as a good luck farewell gift, which as far as I know is not a practice for temporary leaves. Paired with her words it's pretty clear that she's quitting for good to become a mom/housewife, rather than just leaving for a while.

Thanks for the translation @Mant. I think there's a grammatical error on page 32, pretty sure "after that" or "afterwards" sounds right in comparison to "after then".
