I think it is a stand alone game but feature the same villain, the 1st hero has been corrupted, the 2nd hero is trying to save him but fail, now the 3rd hero is going to save the 1st and 2nd hero in the next game and probably rinse and repeat

开场那两个小兵妹子在第一部的时候都曾是普通人。
一个是女大学生，在超市兼职当店员，一个是男主隔壁的人妻，是男主（生命红）的粉丝，一直站在门口想着能碰上一面，却不知道男主其实就住在他家旁边。
后来俩人被女干部洗脑，俩人色诱男主。
被人妻邀请到家里，让他在闺房等，然后浴室传来洗澡声音那段真的刺激的一批。

First entry in this series was this doujin: https://e-hentai.org/g/2305950/b38b120df7/
Then there was the first game, which was about the "next generation" of heroes/villains (including Lilipom/Lily Pom here), which had some ties to the events of that first doujin
It looks like the upcoming game follows directly from this doujin, and I'm assuming that both of them are sequels to the previous works, but I guess it's possible that they occur earlier in the timeline
