These are more than likely done for either a story book or actual planning proposal materials, though the latter seems to be more official in such a case. Illustration wise, these are all done by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko. I'm currently cleaning the settei I do own from this show at the moment alongside putting aside funds to buy the official roman album to document.
