Yes, because me going around retranslating everything is a thousand times more efficient than you clicking a setting and changing a font, which takes approximately 10 seconds total.

Also, yes - I can do a better job, but you'd know that if you checked my uploads.

About the font and text, it's just your opinion. I don't care about improving according to your standard.
The way I've done it means it's not just 10 seconds to change it. This was just an afternoon passion project.
I just checked your account (not sure why you'd think I'd bother to check it before). You've been uploading for years my guy. So go do a better job instead of complaining to a beginner with a snobbish tone.
In the end, you're just more passionate about translating hentai comics than me. Good for you : ^ )

Center-aligning your text is literally the most basic thing you can do, so not sure where all my years of experience even come to play into this. First-timers do it all the time. So no, they're not opinions. They're basic standards lol

It's no surprise you make those kinds of comments. Like I said, it's probably the only thing you're mildly good at, so you trick yourself into thinking that it has some sort of utility. But in reality, most people are just here for the art and the story.

Someone completely unrelated to scanlation here weighing in...

I don't know how we got into this situation where people consume niche content like ero comics on the regular then decide "yeah I can do that", but then proceed to not google stuff or mimic any of the good work that they've definitely seen before.

There's pretty ancient guides that still hold up today with most of the basics that I found with some basic keywords like "manga editing" with font packs I recognize everyone else using. But it's not just the editing part of things... why are people so proud to not put in the basics? If there was any passion in these "passion projects" how did we end up here?
