If someone out there's willing to **pay** to get these works translated with much more effort, I wouldn't resort to it.
Also, flamingice seems to take too long to translate these works.

The fact no one bothers to pay someone to translate after how many years speaks to me of how wordy and deep in language this is, even when I asked my friend to do it.

Plus, even when it's machine translation, I try to re-check and retype as much as possible for the text to fit the context of the page as much as possible.

Ask Fakku to ask for the rights from Misaki Yukihiro if you can, cuz I surely don't know how.

I hope your "re-check and retype" isn't simply trying to make sense out of what google and deepl gave you, because in this case you`re fighting an already lost battle. If you want to improve a MTL you also have to put the jap. text throug sites like jisho.org or romajidesu.com and check it word by word for plausibilty. It still won't enable you to make a translation on the level of a competent human translator but you still should be able to make a better TL than with just pure MTL.

(I know I'll probably be downvoted like hell for the last sentence)
