Some of them do look really weird, but then again, I have seen hands for feet with "real" "fleshy" artists as well, stuff that was at least equally eerie.
Everything else looks decent, better than half of it what you can find on some "Art" sites. Don't label it AI and probably no one will notice really.
You can be one of the best artists out there. As soon as your collection contains one pic with scat, guro or some other controversial fetish the downvotes will come pouring in, that's just how these sites work.
