A translation of Kunaboto's Disgaea sets.
I'm still learning the ins and out of translating.

and i already see typos and grammatical errors...damn I really thought I caught them all...
Next time I do this I'll make sure to give myself a hour break before going over everything again...

EDIT: I will try and update the gallery with better typesetting and grammar when I can now that I know I can update the gallery without deleting the whole thing.

I can kinda read handwritten hiragana and katakana, but kanji is almost completely lost on me. I'm still learning japanese myself so alot of my translation is coming from basic knowledge, DeepL and Romanjidesu, and my friend in Japan.

Hey your translation was still pretty alright! I actually used that as a cross reference with a lot to help me figure out what I was having trouble with.

Also, you're missing A LOT of dialogue (see p.4). You CAN read handwritten Japanese text, right?

edit: No offense, but you should probably reconsider diving into translation if you can't even read basic kanji such as 待. People often make the basic mistake thinking translation is a good way to learn Japanese, but this couldn't be further from the truth, especially since you're basically relying on machine translation (which sucks) and looking up most kanji in a dictionary (better, but still inefficient.) You should have a strong foundation first.

You're new, but medkittestspeed doesn't understand Japanese either and his translations, if you can call them that, are hyper inaccurate. There's nothing to cross-reference.

"Adele" should be spelt "Adell", and "Princess" should be "Prince" instead (that blue haired character is a guy unwillingly transformed into a girl, and the red-haired girl, Etna, always calls him "Prince" no matter what). As I can't read an ounce of Japanese, I have nothing to contribute besides my familiarity with the source material.
