Well… actually as a translation of the bubble it’s not 100% right.
I couldn’t be bothered to spend 30+ minutes trying to find the perfect words but just know that “I’m so envious” would probably be the more accurate translation. I just chose to use “lucky guy” cuz it defo fits the flow better imo.

Imo the difference between “lucky guy” and “so envious” in this context is pedantics. But definitely a difference worth noting still (which is why I did point it out in the comments… so…)

“Lucky guy” still conveys the general sense of jealousy and envy that the viewer was expressing there. Not to mention “I’m envious” isn’t nearly as common a saying as “羨ましいな” is in Japanese, sounding kinda off and out of place in comparison.

Maybe you could provide some other examples of lines which you dispute…
Like another one that bothered me was the “Go!!!” on page 3 which you could argue should be translated as “Cum!!!” but then it’s written with kanji and not kana so…

But yeah, nitpicking the one major discrepancy that I myself pointed out and saying I shouldn’t have bothered… really? It’s a 4 page book dude. No matter how good the translation you’re always gonna find things that don’t exactly match the source because often times it’s actually just plain bad to be overly literal.
Like, it’s a 4 page book mans, are these trivial differences really gonna affect ur fap?

Honestly maybe we should just resign ourselves to the mtl takeover. Then everyone can have their books translated literally, without any nuance or interpretation
