I follow the story from the first chapter, I really like the construction of the story of the first 4 chapters until the doctor reveals the breast of the mother to the son.
From this point in the story, the relationship between mother and son goes much too fast.
I have just finished chapter 11 and I expected during these 11 chapters that there will be other appointments with the doctor, and that it is this doctor who gives the next steps to the mother to provide to the son's needs.
For example:
1st appointment= handjob (as in chapters 2 to 4)
2nd appointment = blowjob/titjob
3rd appointment = fullsex etc...

But instead, after the 1st appointment, the mother will in the space of two days give several blowjobs and vaginal penetration at the end of chapter 11.
there is hardly any build up in the story why they are already having sex after chapter 4.
Especially since the mother and the son are very embarrassed about what happened during the first appointment.
