Late to the party and all, but I gotta be honest: how is Agari unexpected?

As a matter of fact, why isn't the shy/anxious (mildly-)masochistic big-titted glasses-girl submissive with a petplay kink and an obsessive knowledge of food (so if not a good cook herself, then at least knowledgeable in all kinds of good food) not way more popular than she is?

Honestly, Manbagi is just as much of a (busty) babe and I understand Komi and her mom's popularity as the graceful, elegant, beautiful, adorable, bashful occasional-catgirl protagonist and as prime a piece of grade-A MILF as we (frequently) get in anime and all of them get more screentime and importance than Agari (which I don't begrudge, hell I even get Najimi for people into traps). But after those three it seems like the yandere, the chuuni, and even Tadano's sister get more hentai than Agari - a fuckdamn tragedy in my opinion.
