I think I know part of my problem with thi Sanbun story. It's the brainwashing/drugs. I know they've been used before, but normally and my favorite ones are the slow burn corruption even through the blackmail rape that is usually going on. This is just straight brainwashing using drugs to break her. There's no slow corruption, it's not like she's even fallen, she's simply been broken, particularly in this story when she can't even form a cohesive sentence. I mean really what's happened to her is no different then the other "heroines" of their other story's, but this is way more blatant. She's not broken because she's addicted to the villain's super cock, she's broken by torture and drugs.
