@i8246i: it's very ambiguous TBH, since author goes out of their way to avoid blood or pain. De-winging might qualify, but if we go down the slippery slope, is a character losing their horn(s) guro now? What about clipping nails? I honestly have no idea if the tag is appropriate here.

You'd have to be a true master to successfully pierce a clit on a woman small enough to fit on a pocket watch, and then attach a little ball on the tiny piercing.
