Qualifying Round is an adults-only (R18) M/M comic. It stars a pair of formula racing drivers just getting around to confirming their relationship in a serious way. It can be considered a bonus episode to an as-yet unpublished main story of their more complicated relationship arc. An official doujinshi, if you will. There's some hints of story here, but it's mostly getting hot and heavy.
