Read the author's post. It's a "what-if" scenario of the shit that went down behind the scenes.

He's playing coy with it by keeping the statement ambiguous but consdering how the Hinako series works, it's best to treat it as an "alternate" softer bad end. When she actually gets fucked by another dude in canon, whenever that might be, it's going to be treated as a way bigger deal guaranteed.
