在电脑浏览器查登录e站然后在浏览器上添加个可以查cookie的扩展，会有三个列表，三个列表里各有一个值，这就是cookie，接着退出手机软件的账号用cookie登录，登录的cookie就是前面三个列表里的值，按顺序输入就可以了，注意，登录浏览器e站时要翻墙，手机cookie登录时先cookie，不行就网页登录，建议先网页登录试试，不行再用cookie
