@JOE001 It's a lot of pages, but I read through a decent amount of it using Google Lens with my phone. Takes a bit of time, but it works.
EDIT: Author suddenly deleted and/or privated everything on their Pixiv with a bio message about "circumstances beyond their control ... see you later/again" ... the MTL of that phrase was rough, but I wouldn't get your hopes up of ever seeing this finished it sounds like.

Essentially, the boy gets a power from the book which ends up gradually draining age from the mother and giving it to the boy and he becomes a girl after several days as well. His friend at school is aware of the changes because she is secretly from a family of mages. Eventually she gets affected by the MC's powers as well and ends up growing over the days as well. (She had a complex about being underdeveloped I think) She contacts her family to help the MC with the powers, but their elder that would be able to help was out of town for now. MC feels guilty about their mother being wrapped up in the power and tries to do a ritual to undo things (she initially thinks the MC is her daughter and as their ages get closer begins thinking the MC is her sister even). She becomes immune to the mental changes and remembers the MC is actually her son, but it doesn't stop the age regression, and eventually she grows the "lower member" as well heh. (I don't remember why they suddenly start making out however, no doubt some mental affect from the powers going haywire)

MC decides to go to a bar for some reason (I don't think they're even close to 20 so I have no idea why) and gets taken advantage of. As revenge, she goes back later and uses the powers on him to make him her younger sister. I believe the mother is affected by that however and does believe she is part of the family. (I didn't use Google Lens as much from this point but...) His memories were overwritten by the MC into believing he was the little sister as well. And if it wasn't obvious until now, every time they make out it ends up accelerating the changes between them and the knock-on affects to the other characters the MC has had close contact with. (I also wonder how this school operates apparently having elementary through college in the same campus heh. Also the ages the uniforms change is odd, but maybe in China they're structured differently and "middle school" is until 16, then "high school" is 17-19 and college 20-22?) When the MC reaches 22 they're a twin fellow teacher with their mom, but the next day the mom regresses again and is now a college student instead. Somewhere around this point the mother also comments that while she knows she used to be 37, she no longer has any memories beyond around age 30 ... so as the age regression is happening, there is a longer tail where even her memories of being older are fading.

The MC's friend from school TianTian at one point comments that she hasn't seen the MC in a few days and the changes stopped happening, so it's clearly related to coming into contact with them. It's become clear there is a brainwash affect from the powers making them continue to do it with each other, of course. Even the male teacher the MC talks with daily has begun getting younger. The teacher's cousin ZiYi meets him and comments on being bullied by her step-brother and wishes she could be taller and advised to talk with the MC because she's so tall and maybe she can give advice. The MC tells her she will give her blessing and kisses her on the forehead, not knowing if it will have any effect. That evening she grows a large amount and comes to thank the MC and hopes she can continue growing to be taller than the step-brother that bullies her. By this point even the younger sister is now taller and has larger breasts than the mother Li Chaomu. That evening a new regression happens and at age16 Li Chaomu is now fully a boy.

That is the rough summary of what happens for Days 1-21.
