Some of the typesets are blurry cause my PC ate shit and I wasn't able to upscale the donor images properly.
Two-page spreads are merged together and some of the pages that look better side-by-side (like what you'd see if you read the physical book) are merged as well thanks to derp09 nifty suggestion.

Differences from Magazine version (That I noticed):
- Chapter 2 is completely reworked, nearly all parts of the script are new, a good chunk of the pages are redrawn over.
- Chapter 3 Pg.102 that were completely missing in the English magazine release are now included & translated.
- Chapter 4 Pg.175; texts on the bottom are gone in the tankoubon version.
- Chapter 5 Pg.216; the balls on male chastity belt/benis lock in the top right has been censored in the tankoubon version :( cant read this shit anymore fam

The whole thing took more than a year from start to finish that I've completely forgotten what I wanted to say. Rub 1, out.

Nice to have it decensored, but the rewrite of chapter 2 to remove skepticism from the group honestly feels like a downgrade, and removes much of the genderbent contrast. Thankful the magazine release got included there at the end, but obnoxious having to compare and contrast to make a definitive local build.

Don't doubt having characters repeat 'wow, I can't believe I am fucking my homie, who is no longer a man!' every other page adds something to someone, but on my end it just felt awkward as fuck. Like the guy wanted to bring it more tonally in line with the (IMO way less solid) BBC + Gangbang followups, but their only solution was to make the initial setup as enthusiastically gay as hetero sex can be.

The four MCs are definitely former dude, the first unknown woman is clarified as 'test subject' on the Author's notes near the end of the book which makes her largely a former man as well. As for the randos at Ch.5, they aren't explicitly shown to be former guy or not, but I have an inkling that they might be. No idea how this will affect the tagging gender namespace.

I get what you're saying. As much as I prefer the concept of them managing to convince their buddies, the execution is a bit lacking, maybe due to time constraint for the book release.
From a rough count on the script for Ch.2, there's 7 instances of 友達 (my bro/homie/buddy) and 9 instances of 男 (man/male, in this context as 'former man'). By the fourth or fifth repetition, I already run out of idea on how to make them sound natural enough but not at the expense of translation accuracy.
