thank you so much for localizing your translation and using words that english-speakers would actually use during sex or other situations. I've been getting so tired of the robotic, 1:1 JP->EN transliterations done by poor ESL people for shit pay on sites like doujins.com, or lazy natives with good intentions but no localization/vocabulary/editing skill. They are so unnatural and completely unsexy. Nobody talks like that in english in NA or the English Commonwealth during sex. 1:1 transliterations have ruined so many otherwise extremely sexy doujins/manga for me. If I have to read "knocking on my womb" or "penis milk" one more time I'm going to barf. I'm sure everyone who reads this will have their own pet-peeve 1:1 translations that don't sound natural or sexy in english.

Your uses of "pounding my cervix" and "fat wads of cum," or "fat cock" (where other translators would use boring phrases like "huge thing" or "thick penis"), were such breaths of fresh air and sounded so natural that I orgasmed mentally on each occasion where I recognized where a boring phrasing would normally be used by lazy TLs but you were creative and sexy. This is the first TL of yours that I've read (I think) but I'll be searching out others for sure.

Now that I think about it, that's on me lol. The honorific used in Japanese is gender neutral. On the other hand, it's not (historically or in manga) uncommon to "masculinize" titles while still referring to women (demon "lord", anyone?) Let's just assume that's what Rowan thought :)

Right, what sounds sexy in Japanese isn't always going to sound sexy in English on a 1:1 basis. Constrictions of language can shape some aspects of culture, and the constrictions of culture in turn shapes language in a sort of linguistic-evolutionary feedback loop. "Penis milk/cockmilk" and "knocking on my womb" might sound sexy to an adult Japanese reader (in the original Japanese), but it sounds like something a child would say in NA English. The first being completely unsexy and immature-sounding, and the second conjuring images of a man knocking on a girls lower abdomen as one would a door. I see those two phrases in hentai all the time but I'm sure you can think of others.

This is why I think some localization, maybe even over-localization specifically of hentai is important. Erotic intent is as important as literal meaning, and in some cases (for me anyway) erotic intent is more important for immersion, so the English phrasing should try to hit that same intent rather than being strictly literal to the original text.

There are some hobby/labor-of-love groups that come close to this ideal but something about the way you did this one really hit home for me.
