@onenightes Thank you! May I ask which text bubble? Bottom left of the first page is deliberate. It's meant to show that her sentence is cut off when she's kidnapped.

@Novaelik what @Red225 wrote is the gist of it.
The basic summary of the request is the following:
①A 1st year high school boy and a girl walk to the boy's home from school. They like each other but are too shy to confess. It is the girl's birthday so the boy gives her a bracelet. She thanks him, says goodbye and walks back to her house.
②Walking home alone, the girl sees a maid. The maid grabs her and makes the girl pass out.
③3 years later, the boy is now living alone and started college. A box in front of his apartment. He takes box inside. He finds girl asleep naked but wears dog ears, collar, tail. She looks similar to 3 years ago but is robotized. The box has adult toys, her school uniform, etc. She wears the bracelet he gave her. He's surprised.
④The girl wakes up and jumps on the boy like a dog. She can only bark like a dog. Then they have sex.
⑤Later, they sleep on same bed. The girl says "Happy birthday, I love you". The boy is unaware of what she said.
581-san was free to change things and I'm very happy with the changes/ the artist's interpretation.

For extra info, the girl is not in control of her body. Original personality mode is locked and the last panel is meant to be a bug. She's in control during that time.

@LelouchLamperouge It shouldn't be out of order. There's 2 chapters. Page 1-4 is the first part in his birthday (page 1 is her birthday), page 5-9 is the second, the next morning. Part 3 will be a remodelling chapter as a flashback.

@MaxwellCoffee My idea was that if someone looks too closely or something, the disguise breaks, thus breaking rule two. Right now though, he feels very guilty about taking advantage of her even if he's somewhat forced to do it. But yes, It's another reason why he would be incredibly reluctant on having sex with her. Right now, the thought of going outside with her or if another person would come to his apartment hasn't occurred to him.
