2. Since that class meeting she's been "working overtime"
3. He tracked her location to a love hotel
He put 1 + 1 together and the most likely outcome with classic japanese male yanderes is that she indeed will be locked up and will NEVER EVER see the light of the sun again, Isshi will throughly train her AND break her.
I've read eronovels with yandere boyfriends before and always the cheating partner finds it's weird the cheating heroine is no longer answring them so if Nao unfortunately decides to make the dumb decison to visit Ryouka AND Isshi's house he will raise a death flag or a another bad end flag.

I know this is a long post so bear with me:
In some nukiges the cheating partner is KO'd or drugged and then tied to show him MC doing the woman that now truly belongs to MC and nobody else be it through sheer mindbreaking sex or a mix with drugs but the cheating partner will shit their pants and if the story allows it let them tell to the reader how it's their fault they fucked up the heroine's life so bad they're now more than a sex doll who only craves for sex with MC and then his fate diverges, some end with them tied to death (by starvation) or outright killed right there.

The other bad end I meant is exposing the evidence of Nao's cheating with Ryouka to his wife and destroying his social life and his family in one blow.
Ryouka also will get the blunt of it, she's had an affair with a married man and her social life and the dream career she worked so hard for will be suddenly destroyed and she will have no one to blame but herself, ostracized by family and friends and likely jobless (because Japan companies usually kick out employees rathern than damaging their reputation) will have near to 0 chances to ever recover and who will even take her now?
Nao will surely blame it all on her because she was the one who told him it might not be too late for them leading him to think it was her the one who spilled the beans to his wife and never want to do anything with Ryouka anymore; but this was Isshi's plan all along, to isolate her so much that the only man and person who would take her in and love her will be nobody but her boyfriend making her think that this all was her fault and that she owes her loyalty to him on her knees, Isshi the yandere.
