It seems to me that this was semi planned in a way. Cause the way she acts is kinda like she either wants him to act which is why she cried when she says I'll be yours or it's for him to realize what is really going on. The biggest indicator is when they are going to the showers she looks back like she knew he was there. I'm leaning more towards she wants to be with him as she still has feelings for him but, the other guy interfered with her confession again.
