Kigurumi uses Animegao in the namespace of what gender the suit appears to be regardless of the gender of the wearer.
It is only allowed if the suit depicts a canon character though, rendering almost all content for it untaggable if rules are enforced.
If anyone cares about being able to find Kigurumi content in general instead of only the stuff valid for f:Cosplaying they could make a thread requesting a revision here https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showforum=89 but this will require more than just one or two people mentioning that the option is out there (which is why I haven't bothered to start the discussion solo) because the forum has a strong bias to maintain the status quo.

@ritukai I've seen JAV's using Kigurumi when dressing when in rubber animal costumes. And I'm a little miffed that the situation with the tags, because this is some very niche stuff that almost requires tagging, but due to the current state of things, no tags are applicable.

@ritsukai Woman kigurumi exist in the real world. A very large percentage of stage shows that use kigurumi in Japan are women like Precure. I know a few hobbyist performers as well.
A lot of the homemade videos are male but for the commercially published JAV featuring animegao/kigurumi is almost exclusively women under the masks suits. There are maybe a dozen commercial JAV releases with women I have seen. There is a lot of overlap with the 'tokasatsu girl' scene for this fetish commercial works.
