I'm sorry, but this is nonsense, Pseudo-Nim. 3D content are also comics, like Western or Manga Content. This is a multi-panel work that tells a story spread over several pages. In short, a comic.

About your critique:
Since I see that you criticize often my postings here because of "wrong" tags, I suggest you to have a look in your forum first, because there are dozens of tags already discussed several times and also new ones suggested and discussed for years, like e.g. Bimbofication. And if a tag bothers you and you seem to be an admin or moderator, why don't you just remove the wrong tag?

Also, there would still be the problem with art-theft uploaders who upload without permission of the artists, their works here and which mostly come from Patreon or Gumroad. DMCA are all well and good, but if always the same uploaders upload content without consent, the best rules are nonsense.
