"Pages 16-17, 19-20, 42-43, and 45-46 are duplicates." (note: 42-43 and 45-46 would currently be the textless versions of 16-17 and 19-20, so 57-58 and 60-61 respectively)

Looking closely, 16--->17 fixes one of the mid-page borders cutting off Saki's breasts.
19--->20 removes the outline from Hikigaya's silhouette.
