You know considering all the absurd magic artifacts in the ranma 1/2 anime, that strap-on should be some ancient Chinese Amazon dildo of fertility or something that allows women to impregnate other women. Now I doubt the artist is going for that idea but it would track with the anime and I choose to believe it.
