@mant about the translation notes, I think the misfortune does apply since Tamamo only caused curses after she became a literal stone corpse. That's not something to connect to on one's wedding night.
And Ameterasu only explicitly showed up in CCC, considering that's what the doujin's categorized under I think it's a reference to that. Maybe it's a reference to The Fox's Wedding, it's a skill she has too.

@mant like what poioppai stated, Amaterasu has only made an appearance in CCC, where she judged Hakuno's soul (but did nothing yet implied he was found worthy of being the master of her aspect/Tamamo form). While Amaterasu is mentioned once or twice jokingly in FGO, it's more in the sense of Tamamo just showing off or referencing in her Noble Phantasm. So in this instance, She's apologizing to Amaterasu, her primal, Goddess Core/Aspect says 'fuck it' and decides to turn a ceremonial wedding robe into a lewd outfit for seducing her husband in, which is basically near heretical in a gods eyes normally.
