Japanese on page 13.
Page 17 panel 2 "enters" spelled as "nters" Same sentence doesn't flow. Similar but better sounding: "This unit now entering standby mode." or "This unit now in standby mode."
Many sentences that can be made sense of, however most English speakers wouldn't speak or write in that manner.

Likely a MTL used by a non native English speaker.
