I like AI art because it is different. It brings something new to the table.
I think of it as an addition not an replacement because interesting art will always be appreciated.
Plus the tools to do AI will get better and be used by the artists we like.
But the results will not look like the typical AI.
They will make new looks. Again different and interesting.
At some point AI art will reach an equilibrium and the spam posting will loose it's edge.
Mass will decrease quality will increase.
But we will see.

It wouldn't be surpirsing if the fashion design houses simply create a generic manniquin whose face and body have no details other than they have specified body sizes of the same measurements taken at a tailor making a suit for female or male wear. This model would then have a zillion different fashions thrown onto it by AI. Someone, including the fashion masters' students, look over the outputs for ideas to use on their actual illustration design ideas. Of course, once hand drawn in that style of theirs, no one else will know their ideas came. Because ego.
