while yes there are watermarks the uploader did include that in the title so they may know somethings we don't. one thing i have learned is that as long as there are enough AI images or any particular images in general then it would need the corresponding tag.

and small side note i have at times been duped by watermarks / artist nametags until closer inspection only to see that AI is trying to replicate those as well
