Hasbro bought the Gobots franchise a long, LONG time ago. They have the rights to the media and the characters, but that's about it. The toys were licensed off of Bandai back in the day, and they didn't get rights to the toys themselves. A few of the Gobot character names were reused for Minicons in Transformers Armada back in the early 2000s.

No, Charlie's only real appearance so far was a cameo from the Windblade comic that came out prior. Hoping to see her have a dedicated comic sometime in the future.

The Gobots were also used as background and minor characters for the comics throughout the years. Some had more appearances than others, but they're nice easter eggs for those who are fans of the series.
