There are literally better MTL options that can do a better job than whatever garbage you just used.
In fact some of the paid options (the best one I know of) can produce text that is indistinguishable from low level translators (it uses AI based translations) and typeset everything horizontally. Able to read and parse text better than Google lens.

I ran this through a trial of one of them on page 36 and it gave me:

Yellow bubble: What are you doing?!

Black bubble: Oh, it's just a little prep.

Black bubble: It's a special drug that makes any virgin feel good.

Black bubble: You don't want it to hurt either, do you, hero?

You can compare that to the garbage on pg 36 here and see the difference. Although I will say the AI based paid MTL engines will put white rectangles all over these cgs since the originals used translucent bubbles.

You didn't even check if Google did the job properly. Disregarding the untranslated japanese onomatopoeia (some will argue that you shouldn't translate these but at least some of the basic moan sounds could be translated) page 76 straight up has an untranslated line.

Google translate is the worst for asian languages use Papago instead next time it also has a picture translate feature and is much better for asian languages.
The very best would be DeepL when it comes to translation but sadly it’s text recognition on pictures is worse than the other two.
