Page 8 "We'll make you feel so you'll ascend to heaven" I think they basically ate him or his soul.

That's just the feeling I'm getting though. It fits with a lot of Japanese ghost/horror stories where someone gets more or less possessed by a ghost or spirit that won't leave them alone. Page 34 kind of implies he disappears in the middle/end of having sex.

I'm guessing the keys are just a souvenir for the spirits, or maybe part of his spirit is trapped in them. That's just a guess though.

I can see how this is confusing if you don't read/watch a lot of Japanese horror.

Pretty sure the officer was a ghost who got his ass exorcised. They 'cleansed his soul' so he could 'ascend to heaven'.

I don't think he's a ghost. He interacts with the other police officer. The fact that the other office can't see the maidens implies they're the spirits and he's just being possessed/followed by them.

Jokes aside, his "super luck" was basically to be able to ascend to heaven with two cute Shrine Maidens.
Technically he's dead, but he was able to enter heaven no matter the sins he committed.
